The packaging cost is in included in the shipping cost.

Ordering via Email
If you are ordering via firstname.lastname@example.org, we will separate the packaging and shipping costs in your invoice.
There is a packing charge of $16.00 per shipping cooler. We will need your zip code to verify your shipping zone.
The UPS delivery charge would depend upon the weight and service used for each package. The shipping cooler can hold 44 of the 1lb rolls (44lbs total) or 23 of the 2lb rolls (46lbs total), or 9 of the 5lb rolls (45lbs total). Each cooler is individually packed, so you can easily mix products and rolls sizes.
The minimum order that we can ship is 20lbs of frozen product.

Product & Feeding Questions
How much should I feed my dog on a raw diet?
The feeding guideline for the average adult dog on a raw food diet is to feed 2 - 3% of the dog's healthy body weight in raw food per day. This means if the dog should weigh 50lbs, the dog will probably need 1lb to 1 1/2lbs of raw food per day to maintain this healthy weight. Puppies can need as much food per day as if they were adult weight but fed in several meals per day. Often if you feed the same volume of raw food as you are currently feeding in other foods, the dog will maintain their healthy weight. For conversion, 1 cup equals 1/2 lb. of raw.
Once opened, how long can the frozen product last in the fridge?
Once the product is defrosted it can be kept in a sealed container at refrigerator temperature for 3 – 4 days. You can partially defrost a roll, divide it into spaller portions and re-freeze for later use.The best way to do this is to defrost the roll until a thumbprint is left when pressed downward on the roll. Then use a strong cutting knife and get the blade hot using your hot water and cut into the smaller portions. Put the smaller portions in freezer bags or other suitable containers and refreeze
How long is the frozen product ok when kept frozen?
When kept solidly frozen the product will be fresh for up to 2 years from the date on the product label. After that time the food would not really spoil but would be expected to experience some “freezer burn” which basically dehydrates the product so the nutrient value and flavor would change.
