How do I place an order?
You can order through our online store (when logged in) for some of our frozen products, but we're currently not offering any mixes on the site and its limited to what states can order through the online store.
These are the only states that can order via the online store:
Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington.

How does shipping work?
The packaging cost is in included in the shipping cost. This is a new feature for us so please let us know if you encounter any issues when processing your order.
For are frozen products, we're currently only shipping to these states in the online store: Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington.
Please email us at email@example.com for orders outside of those states or if you want to purchase products not currently available in the store.
Ordering via Email
If you are ordering via firstname.lastname@example.org, we will separate the packaging and shipping costs in your invoice.
There is a packing charge of $16.00 per shipping cooler. We will need your Zip Code to verify your shipping zone.

The UPS delivery charge would depend upon the weight and service used for each package. The shipping cooler can hold 44 of the 1lb rolls (44lbs total) or 23 of the 2lb rolls (46lbs total), or 9 of the 5lb rolls (45lbs total). Each cooler is individually packed, so you can easily mix products and rolls sizes.
The minimum order that we can ship is 20lbs of frozen product.
Our main shipping day is on Monday. If you want to place an order to be shipped, we request that you place it the week before (by Wednesday).
Frozen product orders of 500lbs or more are shipped via LTL frozen trucking. There is no packing charge for orders shipped in this manner. The freight charge is based upon the weight on the pallet and delivery location.
What are your shipping days?
Our main shipping day is on Monday. This gives enough buffer for your order to arrive safely during the week.
If you want to place an order for an upcoming Monday, we ask to send in the order by Friday the week before.
All orders past Friday will need to be reviewed before adding on to the shipments for that Monday. If we are unable to add your order, we will let you know the next ship date available.
Can I return an item if I'm dissatisfied?
All GreenTripe.com product sales are final. Product cannot be returned to us. Proof of product damaged upon arrival or other issues are assessed individually for reimbursement.
We need photos of any damaged product which show the damage and the product label. If there is a question regarding the quality of the food, we need to know the product and the production date from the label. We suggest first-time customers start with a minimal amount before buying larger quantities.
Can I change or cancel my order?
The order can be cancelled before it's either shipped or picked up. Please email us at email@example.com with your cancellation request.
If you need to make a change to your order (such as adding more to the order), please let us know as soon as possible as we will need to review our inventory before confirming the change. You can email your change request to firstname.lastname@example.org
Do you offer volume pricing?
Yes, we have discounts at 200lbs (local pickup only), 500lbs and 1,500lbs. Please contact us at email@example.com for volume pricing.
Volume orders are either picked up at our facility in Gilroy, CA or shipped via LTL frozen trucking. You may make your own trucking arrangements or request us to do so. The freight cost will depend upon the trucking company and current fuel surcharge. There is no packaging charge for orders shipped via LTL or picked up from our Gilroy facility.
Can I pick up from your facility in Gilroy?
Yes, customers can arrange to pick up orders from our facility in Gilroy, CA. Orders are to be placed ahead of time so we can confirm the product is available and schedule a pickup appointment. The pickup appointment will need to be during our business hours Monday - Thursday from 9:00AM – 4:30PM and on Friday from 9:00AM – 4:00PM. We are closed on the weekends.
Our Pickup Procedure:
Call our office and let us know you are outside. If not already given, provide your credit/debit card payment information over the phone or you may come inside though we do ask you to wear a mask (we have some inside if needed).
We are a small office and work in a close proximity to each other so please stay in your car if you feel unwell or are getting over a cold.
Also please have your vehicle door open so the order can be loaded by our staff. If you have your pets with you, please make sure to have them on a leash or contained so that our staff can safely load your order into the car.
How much should I feed my dog on a raw diet?
The feeding guideline for the average adult dog on a raw food diet is to feed 2 - 3% of the dog's healthy body weight in raw food per day. This means if the dog should weigh 50lbs, the dog will probably need 1lb to 1 1/2lbs of raw food per day to maintain this healthy weight. Puppies can need as much food per day as if they were adult weight but fed in several meals per day. Often if you feed the same volume of raw food as you are currently feeding in other foods, the dog will maintain their healthy weight. For conversion, 1 cup equals 1/2 lb. of raw.
