All orders to be shipped must be pre-paid. To place an order, either email us at orders@greentripe.com or call our office at (833) 468-8747.

 

We currently accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. All sales are final - we do not accept returned merchandise.

We ship via UPS and LTL (frozen trucking). Because of the perishable nature of our products, we only ship via UPS on Mondays. All orders must be received by Wednesday 4PM for them to be shipped the next week.

 

Shipping costs for small orders (~46 lbs & under) are determined by UPS Shipping zones. The minimum amount of frozen product we can ship is 20lbs. Please call or email us to let us know your zip code so we can determine what UPS Shipping zone you are in.

 

Orders of 500lbs or more are calculated by LTL truck routes. You will have to contact us for total freight using LTL for volume orders. We use several different companies and always try to find the cheapest for our customers. We are also very willing to accommodate if the customer wants to find their own shipping source.

 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

NOTE: Any rerouting fees due to improper shipping info provided to us (by the customer) will be charged to the customer. We also do charge a $20 NSF (not sufficient funds) fee for bank returned payments.

Some locations in the US are too far away from California to qualify for UPS Ground Shipping. For customers in Zone 6-8, we will need to estimate the shipping costs according to the size and weight of the order.

Packaging Material We Use

We currently use E.P.S. foam coolers which are recyclable.  Find a recycling center near you at http://www.epspackaging.org select the “Recycling Resources for Consumers”  tab for more details.

 

The gel ice packs we use are comprised of organic, G.R.A.S. listed, biodegradable, Non-GMO, plant based ingredients and are completely non-toxic.  The gel pack is completely reusable and intended for reuse.  If customers wish to cut open the gel pack, the gel can be utilized as time release watering for plants.  Just cut open the pack and bury it in the soil next to your plant.  When the water is completely absorbed, only a small amount of organic material will remain.

While we do not have a storefront, we do allow for customers to pick up orders from our facility in Gilroy. Pick up orders are by appointment, Monday - Friday. To place an order for pick up, please keep these in mind:

​

• Due to increasing demand for our products, we cannot fill orders placed the same day. If you need our products immediately, we recommend checking out other local retail stores that carry our products. 

• There is no minimum order requirement for pick up orders, but we HIGHLY recommend placing your order 2-3 weeks in advance. If you wish to place a volume order (200+lbs), please notify us as soon as possible as these may take longer to prepare.

• Let us know if you have a specific pick up date or week in mind.  Also let us know if you can only pick up orders on a certain day or days of the week.

• Once we have your order ready, we will notify you via email with an invoice so you review the order total. Once you confirm the total, we will hold your order for three business days. We can extend this deadline if we’re notified by you with a preferred pickup date. 

• When you come to pick up your order, please stay in your car and call our main office line (833-468-8747). We will arrange one of our production team members to come outside with your order.

• If you want to pay by credit card, please have your card ready to dictate over the phone. If you would like to pay by cash, please have the exact amount in an envelope. If you would like to pay by check, make Greentripe.com the payee.

• As mentioned before, please remain in your car. We don’t want customers to enter our facility at this time.
