All orders to be shipped must be pre-paid.
We currently accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept personal checks and money orders. PLEASE NOTE: There is a $20 fee for all bounced checks. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. All sales are final - we do not accept returned merchandise.

We ship via UPS and LTL (frozen trucking). Because of the perishable nature of our products, we only ship via UPS on Mondays. All orders must be received by Wednesday 4PM for them to be shipped the next week.
Shipping costs for small orders (~46 lbs & under) are determined by UPS Shipping zones. The minimum amount of frozen product we can ship is 20lbs. Please call or email us to let us know your zip code so we can determine what UPS Shipping zone you are in.
Orders of 500lbs or more are calculated by LTL truck routes. You will have to contact us for total freight using LTL for volume orders. We use several different companies and always try to find the cheapest for our customers. We are also very willing to accommodate if the customer wants to find their own shipping source.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

NOTE: Any rerouting fees due to improper shipping info provided to us (by the customer) will be charged to the customer.

Some locations in the US are too far away from California to qualify for UPS Ground Shipping. For customers in Zone 6-8, we will need to estimate the shipping costs according to the size and weight of the order.
